Monday

Life skills – cut out the pictures of the food and put their healthy ones in the lunchbox.

Reading – choose a favourite book to read or share with an adult.

Maths:

Easy – count up to 10 objects and point to the number on the 100 square.

Medium – use the 100 square and point out different numbers that an adult says.

Hard – count in 2’s using the number square and colour all the numbers that you land on when you count in twos from 2.

 

Tuesday

English – read the story of the Three Little Pigs. Then make the characters using the cut outs from the worksheets.

Geography – make a house for one of the Three Little Pigs using a cardboard box and junk modelling.

Maths:

Easy – count up to 10 objects and point to the number on the 100 square.

Medium – use the 100 square and point out different numbers that an adult says.

Hard – complete the worksheet about the 2 times table.  

Cooking – make shortbread biscuits according to the recipe.

Reading – choose a favourite book to read or share with an adult.

 

Wednesday

English – read the story of the Three Little Pigs again. Discuss the story.  

Easy – cut out the different pigs and their clothing. Dress the three little pigs.

Medium – cut out the pictures and sequence them to retell the story of the Three Little Pigs.

Hard – cut out the cards and sequence them in the correct order. Verbally retell the story of the Three Little Pigs.

Maths:

Easy – count up to 10 objects and point to the number on the 100 square.

Medium – use the 100 square and point out different numbers that an adult says.

Hard – complete the worksheet about the 2 times table (colour by numbers).

Art – share the buildings PowerPoint. Create a collage of different buildings using different coloured paper.

Reading – choose a favourite book to read or share with an adult.

 

 

Thursday

English – read the story of the Three Little Pigs again. Discuss the story.  

Easy – cut out the different pictures and match them to the symbol labels.

Medium – cut out the different pictures and then write the words to describe what each picture is.

Hard – look at the posters and then match the typed words with the characters and settings.

Maths:

Easy – count up to 10 objects and point to the number on the 100 square.

Medium – use the 100 square and point out different numbers that an adult says.

Hard – complete the booklet about the 2 times table.

Reading – choose a favourite book to read or share with an adult.

Science – go on a hunt round your house and find things that are made of glass, fabric, plastic, wood and metal.

 

 

Friday

English – read the story of the Three Little Pigs again. Discuss the story.

Easy – cut out the pictures of the Three Little Pigs story and match the symbol words to the correct picture.

Medium – cut out the pictures and write the symbol sentences to the correct picture.

Hard – cut out the pictures and then write a sentence to go with each picture.

RE – read and discuss the 10 Commandments. Colour the 10 Commandments sheet.

Reading – choose a favourite book to read or share with an adult.

DT – design a playground on large paper using the pictures.
