We are pleased to invite secondary schools to a Post‑16 Transition Meeting, designed to ensure that pupils with SEND are supported with accurate, up‑to‑date information as they move into their next phase of education. This includes discussion about any additional needs and exam access arrangements.
To help us plan effectively, please send the list of pupils you wish to discuss to Hannah Bayley no later than 9:00am on Friday 4th September 2026.
