Transition Events
Ifield School will be facilitating transition events again this year.
It is an opportunity for SENCOs (or other members of school staff) to come to the Ifield Smile Centre and speak to relevant schools about children and young people, who may have SEND or be vulnerable, transferring to their next school in September 2027.
We will hold two events, one for Primary to Secondary pupils and one for Pre-School to Primary children, the dates are listed below.
Children transferring from pre-school to primary school will need parent/carer consent to be discussed.
PRIMARY TO SECONDARY
Wednesday 14th April 2027 9.00am to 4.00pm
PRE-SCHOOL TO PRIMARY
Wednesday 5th May 2027 9.00am – 12.30pm
