Monday 22nd June  

Life skills – sequence the pictures of how to wash your hands. Write a sentence to go with each picture to explain how to wash your hands.

 

Maths – go on a time clock hunt round your house and garden. Find and photograph different time pieces in your house e.g. clock, time on microwave, time on cooker etc.

 

Reading – read a favourite book or listen to an adult read a book to you.

 

Cooking – make a banana loaf using the recipe.

 

Tuesday 23rd June

Maths – play a game of what’s the time Mr Wolf in the house or garden.

Wednesday 17th June

Maths – complete the worksheet on telling the time (Wednesday maths).

Make an object from the story using play dough e.g. a fox, goat etc.

 

Reading – read a favourite book or listen to an adult read a book to you.

 

Science – look at the PowerPoint and read through and discuss. Then label the different parts of the eye using the worksheet (science).

 

Thursday 18th June

Maths – tell the time on the maths worksheet (Thursday maths).

 

English – read page 1 about the fox and use page 2 to answer the questions.

 

Reading – read a book to an adult to listen to an adult read a book to you

 

Friday 19th June

English – make a fact file about foxes.

 

Geography – look at bananas and describe what they look like, feel like, taste like etc. Explore a banana. Complete the worksheet by making the sentence using the words and gluing them in the box. Then write the sentence that you have made.

 

Art – the theme is fruit and vegetables.

  1. Name some different vegetables.
  2. Cut up the different vegetable cards and hide them in the garden / house. Go on a vegetable hunt.
  3. Collect some different vegetables and make a sculpture of the vegetables. Take a photo.
