Life skills – use the worksheet of the boy and girl and dress them ready for a safe summer day.

 

Maths – making the rocket on pages 1 and 2 (Tues maths) using the shapes.

 

Reading – read a favourite book or listen to an adult read a book to you.

 

Cooking – make the fantastic fudge using the recipe.

 

Tuesday 14th July

Maths – colouring the different shapes the correct colours (Tues maths all).

 

English –  read the PowerPoint about where chocolate comes from or listen to an adult read iot to you.

 

Reading – read a favourite book or listen to an adult read a book to you.

 

Wednesday 15th July

Maths – sorting the shapes according to whether they are a circle, triangle etc (Wed maths all).

 

English – design a chocolate bar wrapper.

 

Reading – read a favourite book or listen to an adult read a book to you.

 

History – find out about James Lind and do the worksheet questions / quiz.

 

Thursday 16th July

Maths – naming the shapes and saying how many sides they have (Thurs maths all).

 

English – use the worksheet (English lesson 3) to make the chocolate crispy nests.

 

Reading – read a book to an adult to listen to an adult read a book to you

 

Friday 17th July

English – watch the DVD Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

 

History – vitamin C sorting cards worksheet. Also design a poster explaining how vitamin C is useful in our diet.
