Kent School Games- Cycling competition

As part of Ifield’s involvement with the ‘Kent School Games’, a group of year 11 students were chosen to take part in an eight week cycling course. This took place at our local cycling provision, the Cyclopark. During these sessions, students practised a range of techniques and learnt about the safety aspects of their bicycle. They also had the opportunity to attempt the mountain bike course and BMX jumps!

Following these sessions, our students took part in a cycling competition against other Special Schools from across Kent. As always our students excelled in their pursuits and represented our school with PRIDE. Congratulations to all involved.
