Steve has worked with children with ASD for over 28 years. He has organised and delivered outreach and training for mainstream schools for the last 15 years. Alongside his role as SMILE Co-Manager, Steve has responsibilities including ASD support for Class Teams across the school, IfieldLIFE (the Lifeskills house) and Inclusion for Ifield students

Sam Hargood – Teacher
Sam has worked in education for over 10 years. She joined Ifield School in
2003 working in the classroom supporting a diverse range of special needs,
as well as co-ordinating small groups for social skills and reading/literacy
intervention programmes. Sam is currently working on a number of projects
throughout Gravesham, co-ordinating and developing anger management and self
esteem support groups as well as being a member of the outreach team.
Lynn Worf - Speech & Language Therapy Assitant
Lynn has worked at Ifield for the past ten years. I have a keen interest in signing and have developed this to a level where I am now qualified to teach signalong courses. My current role within the school is a Speech and Language Therapy Assistant (SALTA). I have been in this roll for the past three years. This involves delivering Speech and Language Therapy (SALT) to individuals and groups. I also work at Ifield Smile providing Outreach Support to the pupils in Gravesham schools.
Sandra Hardmam - Clerical Assistant
Sandra was formerly the Catering Manager at Colyer Hall. She has come to Ifield with a wealth of knowledge from this area, and is now the Clerical Assistant for Ifield Smile and Ifield School.
